Model will be optimized for VTube Studio.

You will receive a .moc3 file ready to be used on VTube Studio (or your tracking program of choice).

I do not provide the .cmo3 project file with the indie package, but this can be discussed for corporate package models.

I do not offer rush fees. The deadline will be discussed before I start working on the project. Please understand that rigging takes a minimum of 8 weeks but may take up to 3 months depending on the complexity of the model and amount of toggles requested.

Revisions will be free of extra charges up to 30 days after the model has been handed over to the commissioner. After the 30 day period, a $50 fee will be charged per revision.

I do not charge NDA/privacy fees, but please let me know beforehand if you wish to keep the commission private until you are ready to showcase the model.

Please make sure to credit me (Terupancake) as the model rigger somewhere on your socials, either SNS or your streaming platform.

File size for the model artwork will be approx. 6000px tall

You will receive a transparent .PNG file of the model once the artwork is finished, however, I will personally handle the .PSD file directly to your rigger. You must specify who will rig your model on the application form. I reserve my right to deny working with certain riggers so I must know who will be working on it beforehand.

In case the model rigger requests extra parts to be cut in a specific way, I will provide the revisions/edit/cut extra parts free of extra charges during the first 60 days after the model has been handled to the rigger. After the 60 day period, a $25 fee must be paid for me to provide extra cutting.

For characters with multiple clothing layers (if the client wants me to draw and cut them separately for toggles, i.e. a toggable hoodie with shirt underneath) an extra fee will be added to the final price depending on the design and complexity of the clothing items.

To apply you MUST have at least one colored reference of your character.

Personal commissions are not first come first serve. I manually select what I consider to fit my art style and personal preferences from the submissions received.

I reserve my right to decline a commission for any given reason. I won't be answering questions regarding why any individual submission was not selected.

I don’t accept written references. Submissions without at least one colored reference will automatically be rejected.

An additional fee may apply if the client requests an oversized canvas size for the artwork (must be discussed before I begin working on it).

Pose and design revisions are free until the lineart stage. Any major revisions after that (during the rendering process) will incur an extra fee. The fee will depend on the complexity of the revision request. I will not re-draw a new pose for the artwork after the sketch has been approved.

Payment will be done via Paypal invoice. All prices shown in this website are in USD.

Payment plans are only available for certain commercial commissions. The artwork will only be delivered once the payment has been covered in full. Payment plans are NOT available for personal commissions. The payment must be received in full before I start working on the commission.

Depending on the type of commercial work, a different quote from the ones shown in this website may be discussed.

Commission payments are generally NOT REFUNDABLE. Please read the refund section below.

Expected turnaround time is 3-5 weeks after the invoice has been paid and up to 2 months depending on my workload and the type of commission.

The estimated timeframe may be extended depending on the type of commission (such as artworks with multiple characters and a complex background) and amount of revisions requested.

Rush fees can be discussed if the client needs the artwork completed within a shorter timeframe. (Not available for all commission types, please contact me directly if you wish to discuss this)

Posting the finished artwork online is OK, as long as I am credited as the artist. Direct linking to my socials or website is not required as long as my main online handle (Terupancake) is mentioned.

You may print the commissioned artwork but only for your own personal use and display. Please refrain from printing the artwork in bulk unless you paid for the commercial rights.

Personal commissions cannot be used to create or sell merchandise, or any other type of activity that is intended to generate profit either directly or indirectly.

Only commercial work is intended for profit activities. The commercial fee is a one-time payment and will depend on the intended use for the artwork. TIER 1: Artwork to be used for PROMOTIONAL ART, ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT OR STREAMING ASSETS. The fee is ×1.2 the base commission rate // TIER 2: Artwork to be used for DIGITAL GAME ILLUSTRATIONS. The fee is ×1.5 the base commission rate // TIER 3: Artwork to be used for PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE. The fee is ×2.5 the base commission rate.

Modifying, tracing or manipulating the final artwork is forbidden, but cropping the artwork for social media posts, banners, avatars, etc is OK.

My art or the commission, at any given point in the artwork process, cannot be used to mint or promote NFTs.

Cancelling the commission and asking for a refund is possible ONLY if I haven't started working on it. In this case, the client must cover any and all potential refund processing fees.

Commissions are NOT refundable once I have started working on them.

If certain unforeseen circumstances on my side (e.g. health complications or hardware issues) will extend the commission waiting time and if I deem that I am unable to finish it within a timely manner, a refund will be discussed with the client if I haven't started working on the commission. In this case, I will be covering the refund fees.

The finished commission can't be used or edited with AI image generators or used to train AI datasets. No part of the finished artwork can be used and patched to generate new AI images.

I will not work with references that were created with AI. On the same note, I will not work with people who have a history of generating, posting or sharing AI images.
